Cancellation, refund, and subscription correction terms for Masto Control.
Masto Control may offer a free trial period. If you do not start a paid subscription before the trial ends, paid access will not begin automatically unless you have explicitly completed checkout.
You can cancel renewal from the Billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access until that date.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and the Merchant of Record for your subscription. Refunds are handled by Paddle in line with its Buyer Terms.
We support refunds for duplicate payments, billing mistakes, or service access failures caused by Masto Control. To request a refund, contact us at hello@mastocontrol.com and we will review your request and work with Paddle to process it.
Added Core or Growth users are invoiced automatically. Scheduled plan changes are invoiced in advance and activated after the current paid period ends.
Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT based on your billing country.
